You probably haven’t removed your graphics card while your PC was turned on, so this error mostly comes down to issues in the communication between Windows and the card.
In pretty much all cases drivers are to blame. So a good piece of advice is to remove all current graphic drivers from the system, reboot and get the newest drivers. This should fix the problem in 99 percent of the cases.
