Prevent Chrome from disabling unused tabs

Chrome disables unused tabs when you’re running out of memory, but you can disable that behavior.

1. start Chrome
2. type in chrome://flags into the address bar
3. search for Automatic tab discarding
4. use the dropdown menu to select Disabled
5. reboot Chrome
